Cam Newton (422 yards), Terrell Suggs (three sacks) and Darren McFadden (15o yards) stood out. Their inclusion this week at the expense of mainstays Adrian Peterson and Chris Johnson might be temporary, because MVP winners haven't always started quickly.

Even if this is completely overboard because it is only one game. It is nice to have a Panther even in this conversation for once.

Now if we can just start winning some games maybe we can make Grits happy.

agreed, but screw grits (yuck). wins are the only thing that matters.

we all knew that newton was something special when he has the ball in his hands and we saw on sunday how incredible he could be as a passer. that was the floor, but now we have to climb. we know we have the potential to be a really good, if not great team heading into the future, but potential is no more valuable than a bag of dog crap until it is realized.

we know what we are capable of. the only thing that matters now is achieving.

If you were here two weeks ago you wouldn't have to ask that question because he posted every 5 minutes in every Cam Newton thread talking about how terrible he is. Since Sunday he has gone into hiding and only came out once since Cam's performance Sunday.
