I used to shower twice a day when I worked outside and in public. Now that I work from home and rarely see anyone, I shower about twice a week, or every time I have to go to meet a client.

I don't really sweat, and don't have oily skin and I keep my hair buzzed. No one really notices, when I mention to my wife that I need to shower because I haven't in three days she's always surprised and calls me gross, but meh, she couldn't tell before I told her.
