Fowler picks Panthers in an upset

A win by the Panthers should NOT be considered an upset.

Both the Panthers and the Bears are at about the same level...diff is that the Bears (as typical with big market teams) are way over-rated.

The only game the Bears looked good in was against Atlanta. Everyone jumped on the Bear bandwagon after their defense shut the Falcons down (because the Falcons were considered a SB favorite with an electric offense). However, the past few weeks have shown that the Falcons are struggling and the Bears win was just that....one win vs. A struggling team.

Bears are not a bad team...they are just really no better than the Panthers.

Unfortunatley for you Dimbee, Cam had an average game last week so he'll be hungry. Olsen will be hungry. Rivera will be extra hungry.

C.Harris will be tweeting from the sideline and count Peppers in if he feels like it.

If the Panthers have balance on offense, meaning the running game builds on the little success it had last week, then the Panthers can win.

If they get nothing from the running game, they have no chance unless the Defense plays lights out for a day, sacking Cutler at least 3 times and hitting him a lot more.

That was our defense/ST giving up touchdowns to Jeff King and Patrick Peterson in the first game, and Greg Jennings in the second. Can't blame it on Cam. Moving on....:sleep:
