Coaching and special teams lost it. The TO was a bad call for sure. I'm in the crowd of, let's give him time to learn coaching, he's new to, but also, we DO need to call him out when he screws up (Rivera). The PAT block? COME ON. That's Busch League.

Special Teams was fine this game. One point wouldn't have made one bit of difference in this game. Our D has been atrocious this season every game (except maybe the Jag game but that wasn't anything to write home about). I'm not giving up on our coaching yet but they sure aren't giving me any warm and fuzzy feelings. Thank god we have Cam.

Defense is what cost us this game. McDermott hasn't shown me a damn thing this year to equal the hype he received when we signed him. It has nothing to do with injuries. Our defense was soft WITH Davis and Beason too. And for whatever reason we refuse to address DT despite getting gashed up the middle week after week.

Your acting like we are so much better. Until they were trounced by the 49ers they were tied for 1st in our division. Where we were dead last and that with one of the best young QB's in the game, they are doing it with Alex fuggin Smith. And they weren't just beat they got destroyed.

Coaching staff is fine. They fugged up on the timeout but I really like the direction he has this team going. We are set up to be a big time team in the next couple of years.

Having 12 men is irrelevant. Worst case is that Kasay has an even easier field goal. Best case is that the Saints don't get it off (which would have happened) and the Saints get 0 points out of it.
