if rivera is serious about trying to get better and mcderm is serious about us moving to more of a 3-4, then you better believe we'll be looking outside our roster for help.

changes have to be made in scheme and in personnel. what we have here and now isn't working.

resign a few guys (Shockey, Hangartner, Connor), sign our draft picks and we're pretty close to max already. unless we clear some room with cuts/trades/restructure don't expect any big names or even 2nd tier guys. the cheap noname guys or over the hill vets (kemo) are the types we'll be going after
