Trick or Treat Etiquette

I say romp through the grass is ok for kids but if the parents are walking to the door with them their asses should know better! Most parents stay at the street. My kid knows what a side walk is for and 9 times out of 10 she walked on the side walk.

I think it's kinda alright for teens to go trick or treating as long as they are in costume. If they come to the door not in costume but they have a younger kid with them I give them both a treat.

Lots of parents in my hood do what we like to call "Drunk or Treat". They carry their coolers in the wagon along with the kids and they drink while the kids get their candy. They also go door to door swapping drinks. It's too funny imo.

I had these kids come to my door ..they were probably 15 or 16..they made me uncomfortable actually..I was scared they were gonna set my car on fire should I skimp on the candy..That's too old to be trick or treating IMO..regardless of having a costume..

When the asshole said "I'm here for the free candy" I should've roundhouse kicked his fatass off my porch

So half the kids walk up the driveway and down the path.

The other half go stomping through the yard.

Since this is the time when people have planted babygrass and aerated I say take the concrete. At the same time its just grass.

Also my neighbor gave me scotch as a treat

haha you are lucky just hide on your care to wait them would be a good idea just give them a treat too .hha

I would have slammed the door. One time a kid about 15 or 16 came to the door, no costume, and believe it or not, had inline skates so he could get around faster. I said "um, no" and shut the door. Luckily had a garage to hide the cars :)

Why didn't you just hit them with your funbags?

I was expecting eggs on the garage door, but he didn't. Last night I saw a few groups of older kids without costumes, or barely a costume. Really?

I bet they were using drugs!!

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
