Tis the Season...Worst Christmas Present you ever got?

My Parents one year gave me a talking scale. It was supposed to help me loose weight. But it must have been defective.

Everytime I went to weigh myself, all is would say was;

"Would one of you get off!" :eek:

Got some clothes, all of my friends had called to tell me they got 4 wheelers. I was really upset, and I'm pretty sure I cried thinking about having to tell them I had a jacket and some socks.

After a good bit of glaring at my parents my father told me to look in the garage. 4 wheeler...and a really cool one at that.

Worst to First in the same day.

Can't remember getting a crappy gift but several years ago I bought my wife a steam cleaner for Christmas.....boy was that a mistake. 10 years later it was actually brought up in our final discussion before splitting up. I had no idea the emotional scars a steam cleaner could leave. :D

Never buy your significant other something that is related to their domestic responsibilities, unless they specifically ask for it in which case it better not be the only thing you get them. They will automatically infer one or both of the following two things:

a) you think that they don't do enough of whatever the gift is related too and this gift is a hint

b)they suck at doing whatever the gift is related too and this gift is meant to help
