Has Newton surpassed Delhomme as your favorite Panther QB?

Not yet but he is getting there for me.... With Delhomme even when we were down I always had hope we were going to comeback.... With Newton he is just pure excitement but I don't see the comeback demeanor in him yet

Eh, I'll always be grateful to Jake for being good enough not to keep the team out of the Super Bowl in 03, but I NEVER trusted Jake half as much as I trust Cam to move the football. So in that respect, Cam has already earned the title of my favorite Panther QB ever.

i love jake as a guy, but as a QB he was absolutely nerve wracking...esp. post tommy john.

jake was a monster when the game was on the line and was responsible for some great comebacks. he was a real gunslinger. i see a lot of that in cam as well and it's something that is getting better.

cam just brings with him a coolness and an excitement that jake never had and he has talent that jake never had as well. it won't take long for him to surpass what jake did.

With cam im excited about him dropping back to pass knowing that he was born to throw a football and that chud has been calling plays well. Delhome was a crapshoot.

Newton is a much better QB but he can't be the favorite until he wins some playoff games as well as matures.

Jake still has cam beat in the fact the jake almost always played his best in the 4th quarter with the game on the line.

Cam is more exciting to watch than both.

Not my favorite yet...but he'll make it there if he develops like most of us feel he will.
