Naanee placed on IR

Naanee is not a good WR. Whomever we draft in the 3rd round next year will be an improvement.

Cut him and Edwards and lets move on.

Naanee was signed to a one year contract. It will be hard to cut someone not under contract. However, I hope he comes back in some role. He knows this offense well and can be a good mentor and backup should someone get hurt.

With all respect to the posters on this site. I have been reading this site for years but only recently joined.....

I am very tired of those who keep forgetting we don't have a 3rd pick. It's not like we're talking 6th round here. 3rd round is a very significant round and we made a very significant trade for Olsen with that future pick. How is it that people don't know or remember this? Especially those people who are creating mock drafts and including a 3rd with it...really??? You think you can research and pick players for a mock draft yet you don't know what rounds we have picks in....

Whatever. He is a bum. Just make him go away.

We will.

Really dude? I am new to this Board and I comment on how people don't know that we don't have a 3rd pick (you apparently are one of them) then I see you neg rep me. Well neg rep away for all I care!!! Silly crap like this is why I don't even bother posting on these sites...hysterical...oh and "we will" have a third round pick...how so? It won't be compensatory. You are planning on a trade well why don't you just do a mock draft with us having the first 5 picks. I mean we "could" make a bunch of trades and end up with all of them...pffff

    • That’s not a bad idea at all. I was really liking the whole cali-style carne asada. We might do that next week instead of enchiladas for the rams. Was planning on: Saints-Gumbo Tampa-Cuban Sandwiches Seattle- Salmon Stew Tampa- Seafood Boil
    • I agree, honestly you can not trade a player that has Balls talent. Just sitting in street clothes FOR years, it doesn't matter if you are averaging 50points on 88% with 18 rebs, 15 asst, 4 stls if you never can play. These are the worst type of players, teasers. Its HIS JOB to get his body in NBA shape and he has proven that he can not. Thus you break the rule about trading top shelf talent. Hell NBA need to have NFL contracts where the full sum isn't guaranteed, you bet your ass if his money was tied to his playing on the court he'd somehow figure out how to stay healthy.   Plus Im a old head, I member when Seth Curry in his 17(Jesus..) year career had ankle problems and guess what, he solved the issues and got all the money, championships, and fame. Ball doesn't have the same drive to figure out his body, he'd rather drive his car on kids feet while rushing home to drive his go-cart on the roof of his condo after missing his 42nd game of the season.....
