He previously was the head coach in Buffalo, so you can't hold that against him. That's like holding Cleveland against Bellichick.

the only one off payton's staff i'd worry about it their WR coach. that guy is the reason for a ton of their success. if he were gone the WRs would be a whole lot less prepared and effective.

i would actually love it if some team hired him as a OC. he was on my wishlist for one here at one point if we were going to be hiring an offensive minded coach like harbaugh.

he's a decent coach and it would hurt the saints. win win.

again, the AFC because he could be good.

Gregg Williams would never be successful as a head coach again. Motherf**ker is crazy and could never sustain peace within a whole team. He's looked good because he hasn't had to answer for all the stupid poo he's pulled, Sean Peyton has done that for him.
