Another case of nepotism screwing up a franchise. Jerry promoting son to Pres. when McCormick left instead of Polian who then leaves to be Pres. of Indy. Then Polian eventually hires his son to be GM and they both they get fired. Keep it arm's length and out of the family so that decisions can be made based on honest discussion rather than pleasing daddy/son.
