Hey guys, what do you think of that DWill contract?

"Why the hell are we spending $43 million on a RB with all these holes on defense and a pass first offense. He's getting less than 10 touches a game! F**king retarded FO!"

Hey guys, what do you think we should do when Stewart becomes a free agent?

"PAY THE MAN!"

scenario is a bit different.

1. we would pay stewart less than we did williams

2. stewart seems to be more versatile in our offense

3. stewart is younger

4. some people think stewart is simply a better back than d-will after this past season

you just named a bunch of reasons why Stew will get paid more.. on top of inflation being a key factor..

So we trade Stew for a 2nd or 3rd pick then we try to draft another RB that is elite yet we have no idea how that pick would pan out? This is the part where i yell and scream at you. Derp.

at some point, we'll have to draft another RB.. and at that point, our philosophy had better focus on drafting them and letting them go...

Since we drafted Stew so early and he's such a tremendous talent, I'm sure we'll keep him..

reread #2, #3, and #4

then ask yourself if #1 makes any sense

because we paid d-will that huge contract, there is NO CONCEIVABLE WAY we pay j-stew that much money unless we get rid of williams.

d-will was a much bigger name than stew is now last offseason, which drew more suitors and ended up with us paying a dickload of money to keep him.

word is DWill contract was front-loaded, so it's very conceivable...

don't know much about that other than it having a huge signing bonus so you could be correct. either way, we have little cap-room and many needs so giving j-stew a massive contract just seems out of the question. i'm no cap guru though, could be completely off.

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
