Hats off to Eli, but I just think that this last season has exposed a Colts organization that went from a perennial contender to the biggest embarrassment in the league. The absence of Peyton brought the failed drafts, the lack of effort in free agency, and aging roster to the forefront. Those things tend to come to the forefront in the playoffs. The Giants have done a great job pinpointing the needs of the team and filling them with adequate talent and draft successes.

Eli has the playoffs numbers and he is elite, I'll give him that.

I'm not trying to convince anyone (because that will never happen). But as I said somewhere in this thread, everyone has the gap SO wide, when it shouldn't be. Peyton is one of the best ever, and Eli is on his way.
