Rentors...how much is your rent?

Just curious - I currently pay $282/month but the house is falling apart. You get what you pay for. Since I'm getting ready to move, it seems like the absolute MINIMUM rent is about $400/mo with roommates. Most decent 2+br houses are $1500/mo or more. How much are you paying?

good god man...$282?? you'd be in the fuging hood of all hoods if you were in Charlotte

The house is $1130 a month, 4br. So $282.50 per person. I had 3 roommates but since the house is in pretty crappy condition we've all decided to split ways. The landlord is about to renovate and raise the rent. It's in a good location and if the house was in better condition, it'd be a pretty sweet pad.

400.00 a month in rural Rowan Co.

3 bedrooms, 2 bath on an acre of land out in the quiet country. Now the landlord and I were friends who did this when he moved out and into a new home, so I don't know what it would be if he actually put it on the market for rent.

I also don't have a rental agreement and my payments won't change.

I lucked out for sure.

Also, WTF is a "rentor"?

    • I just dont get the worry over losing a practice squad player that just went undrafted. Everyone just made their selections. The chances of a team wanting to sign him to an active roster after not selecting him is very low.  If that interested they would have taken him late to evaluate in person. As far as I can tell two qbs were signed off another teams practice squad last season and they were both going in to their 5th season.
    • I enjoyed reading this thread and the usual banter that follows. The only silver lining I can identify right now is we do actually have a couple of young QB's behind him and we do have a nice roster on both sides of the ball built around the most important position. So if the team overall shows some promise but we still falter largely due to a lack of consistent passing output (again) hopefully the decision makers can be free to make the best decision for the team going forward after the conclusion of this upcoming season.
    • I don't really follow the team anymore due to a variety of reasons and consequently have largely stopped posting but I agree that this is a lovely website and community. This forum probably kept me around for years longer than I would've stuck otherwise because of how difficult it was to stop checking multiple times a day. Especially appreciate how lax the moderation tends to be compared to a lot of places, the crew here does a great job. Out of curiousity I decided to try making a new account (solely for testing purposes) to see what exactly is wrong with the sign up process. The issue seems to be that it never sends you an account verification email, thus making it impossible to complete registration. This is likely something to do with the email server upstream, hope it gets fixed. Also, lol
