I head that he will not run or lift in Indy.. that sounds kind of iffy considering the weight thing. Maybe he has been on a extrem diet and have lost strenght. Give that man some millions and he will be fat again in before TC.

What evidence do you have to suggest he was fat and out of shape? One picture that popped up on the internet? Or was it the b.s reports saying he was 249 pounds a week ago. A lot of the b.s rumors you hear are just stunts to draw attention like those dumbass tabloids you see at the checkout line.

He's got his pro day coming up and I am sure he's in good enough shape to run now but his agent is probably advising him not to if he does not run at the combine.

I have been to doing my best to debunk these baseless rumors for the past couple of months and I figured his weight at the combine would finally stop the madness but just couldn't resist from confirming that you have no clue what your talking about.

I'm honestly uneasy about using another high pick on an app guy. Let someone else bet on his potential. (yes it's all a bet )

Theres a difference between using the pick on a project guy vs. a guy who has played the position.

I went to App and i like Quick a whole lot more at WR than AE. He's a big guy at least and is beast. As much as I want AE to succeed, its not looking good for him in Carolina

    • Yes. Big surprise that the man that couldn't even operate a pizza joint even with his name value in Charlotte can't run an NFL front office. Can't get over his 2023 and 2024 draft classes. Taking XL, Brooks, Wallace takes a special skill of incompetence. Can't get over his plan at MLB. Was apart of the Fitterer team and their comedy of errors. We need fresh ideas in the building next year not only at GM, but in our scouting department.
    • Alabama yes. In general the ‘SEC success guarantees NFL success’ fallacy was really tough to overcome too. You still have to look at the player and extrapolate what their college performance would look like against a team full of NFL vets.    I think 62 SEC players were drafted in 2023. But there were over 1600 players rostered on SEC a teams. You might even  face an SEC defense that had no one drafted. Like Vanderbilt had no one taken in 2025.  So you just can’t blindly hold that hey he was great in the SEC he is a lock. Damn, especially with a weak armed little guy with bad throwing mechanics,
    • The question was regarding Bryce only play well when the game doesn't matter and us out of reach. Bryce did not have a great 4th quarter but he had a great 1st half.  Started the game 4 of 5 for 45 yards and a passing TD. He made a lot of great plays in the drive where we scored our 2nd TD which was a short run by Chuba.  He also had a great run to pick up a first when the pocket collapsed around him.  Great pocket awareness and plenty fast and athletic enough. The point being he played very well at a time where the game was not out of reach or garbage time. That was my point and those games listed are the evidence that prove that point.
