1 Indianapolis *Andrew Luck QB Stanford

9 Carolina *Dontari Poe DT Memphis

34 Indianapolis *David Wilson RB Virginia Tech

40 Carolina *Donta Hightower LB Alabama

65 Indianapolis Zebrie Sanders OT Florida State

Carolina No 3rd Round pick!

I would say that Corolina has 2 good solid picks, if this is the way they go. Only Draft Day will tell the tale.

I'd take it. Woudn't be mad with Poe in the first, I just see Fletcher Cox, and Jerel Worthy as better prospects.

As for Hightower, we would probably have to move Beason to WLB with TD coming off the bench and Anderson starting at SLB. I would love this if we are planning to switch to the 34 defense. However, I would not play Donta inside just for the simple reason of getting the best twelve out there. I'd do something like this in a 34...

WLB-Greg Hardy/

MLB-Jon Beason/Thomas Davis

MLB-James Anderson

SLB-Donta Hightower

I would not be mad about that at all. I prefer Poe over Coples and Kuechly if that's what DT our staff thinks is best for us. Same with Cox...and Brockers. If we get something solid to put next to Ron, that fills a major major hole...and that kid is a mammoth haha

Kuechly or Hightower...maybe even Upshaw plus Beason Anderson Davis would be 4 decent LBs to use pending injuries due to the rate at which we've been going through LBs.

Other than Coples I would actually strongly consider Perry. I like tht kid

...and Claiborne is the only CB at would consider at 9

So yeah, that would be a nice first two rounds in a deep CB draft...we could snag Steed in the 4th.
