Did The Eagles Have Our Perfect Draft?

For the most part, yeah.

I lol'd when the Chargers took Brandon Taylor with our third round pick yesterday because I realized they probably made a better selection for us than we would have.

yeah .. you're prob right haha

Also, I was just thinking about how great the Iggles draft was this year .. pretty solid

Fletcher Cox

Mychal Kendicks

Vinny Curry

Nick Foles

Brandon Boykin

Like our draft but everyone on this list except Foles was all over our mocks and perceived needs

They also had the perfect offseason last year.

Jebus people, relax. I trust Hurney and Rivera's big board more than I trust Dash Global's big board.

a steal in the 4th (CB with a 2nd round grade)

I love this logic. Yeah, he had a second round grade. Except when evaluated by every nfl team that decided to pass on him in the 2nd and 3rd.

As for the rest, I'm happy with who we got because we could have had many of them, and our staff and front office preferred the players we picked.

Honestly I only see one starter on that entire list. They are all really good players and IMO will be solid rotational guys. Nothing more except for Cox who may start next year.

The Panthers have two day one starters and a new return man. Norman has potential to start this year as well. Alexander is the only rotation guy and the only reach so far.

    • Rotating in Chuba was beyond stupid and really hurt our offense overall. We’ve been in a good rhythm the last 6 quarters or so but Canales figured disrupting that with Chuba would be worth it Rico fits this offense so much better than Chuba    As far as grades go I know that ain’t our RB1, starting Center and our supposedly deep WR room and exciting talented young TE in dead last. Weird. I wonder if that has any correlation on QB play  Even that first incomplete ball Bryce threw in the end zone that hit Legette’s hands. Legette had no business being there so early. Legette went into scramble drill when that ball was intended for Coker who led up because of the traffic there
    • Yeah Jets have pretty much been in every game they've played and have barely lost to really good teams. They are much better than their record says Imo
    • I kinda just wanna see what the offense can do with a QB who has proven he can move the football in the NFL. If Dalton wasn't a shadow of his former self I'd be fine with him but Father Time has definitely caught up with him. If we start piling up the losses as the schedule gets tougher and the passing offense continues to be anemic that might cast Canales his job and it's worth a very low risk move IMO to at least give him a fighting chance. The thought of yet another Tepper rebuild just isn't at all exciting to me having already seen a few of them. I'm about giving this current guy a fighting chance.
