Lions Dt Nick Fairley Arrested

I would consider someone who walks around in baggy non fitting clothes and hangs out with less than desirables a ruffian.

Ruffian= thug

You guys defending him should be ashamed of yourselves. Giving these thugs and ruffians millions of dollars ( which they usually squander away or use to invest in a narcotics empire like Sam Hurd) is a great example of why our country is in the shape it's in.

How would you feel if your daughter brought home one of these punks? And let's say Fairly worked at McDonalds and not a pro athlete?

Yeah that's what I thought

I guess you don't know how to read. It didn't just say ruffian or robber. Was he a cruel or vicious one? Did he beat up, shoot, or stab someone in the process? He's just a criminal then. Not a thug.

LMFAO

The fact that your even debating which is worse just shows how skewed your idea of a society and it's members are.

Fairly is a POS. Can we all just at least agree on that?

My cousin is in jail for robbing and beating the owner of a hot dog shop for his dope money. He is the definition of a thug, and that is the term most of the family (the non-retarded ones, that is) use for him.

He's white as a cloud, but I'll be damned if I'm not going to call him a thug. Take your imaginary racism elsewhere. Fairley may not be a thug per se, but he's one hell of a dumbass.

Hahaha I totally saw this coming. How many "fans" wanted Fairley over Cam last year?

Nick and Jamarcus Russell are like brothers, what did you think was gonna happen?

Why did you put fans in quotations? Is this to imply that people who wanted him aren't real fans?

I can't tell you how many people I heard say, "If the Panthers pick Newton over Fairley, I'm not going to root for them anymore."

That ain't a fan in my book.

Ok then that's just absurd. Wanting a guy in the draft is one thing. Not being a fan if they don't draft him is another.

    • When we have everyone playing like they should, we can win the Cup. That has been the biggest problem when we get to the playoffs, but this year seems to be fixed mostly. We could have had multiple if we had done this in the past.
    • Here we go Bryce Stan’s you should love this. Hell it may be one of you.  It has every cliche excuse and then some.  Unintentionally hilarious my limit was reached when he said Bryce had it hard because four play callers.
    • Luke goes in to the specifics of what he looked to accomplish in joint practices.  Basically they may work with someone on the opposing team to stress something they feel is a weakness in their own game in a different way that can be done with someone they are familiar with. That they can have predetermined stresses but since neither wants to get injured and it has absolutely no bearing on anything there is not the level of concern that would be in a preseason game.  He would also even chat with opposing OC.   It seems like an interesting nuance among the vets and savy pros.
