Edwards is going to solidify the middle and provide the run stopper we need. He is going to be a big reason the run defense will improve this year. Our linebackers won't have linemen in their face 5 yards down the field and will have the opportunity to play the pass and not have to over-commit to the run.

Rarely does a box score make a DT. Ron Edwards was regarded as an above average guy in KC and has been pretty consistant in his career. He does apologize to those that expect Suh and Warren Sapp to magically appear in his uniform.

Some people just do not understand the job of a DT. It is not about stats and it is not even about the # of tackles. Edwards job is to hold the point of attack and let the LB's run to the ball and make plays. You don't see that in ANY stat line.....and he is above average at doing it.

I swear, some of you are the most negative people I have ever met. Going through life seeing the glass half empty. I would probably killmyself if I was as negative as some of you.

because of scheme.DJ is a stud,and Hali reminds me of CJ.they are similar in size and athletic ability,thats why i laugh when people say CJ cant be a OLB in a 3-4.
