WR is such a skill position. Like QB or RB we all know their names and mostly their capabilities.

Do we not see more threads about DT's or CB's because no one really knows much about them, or because we think were fine there?

Give me a thread about a DT being traded to the Panthers. I would be much happier

In a perfect world, it would be nice. But the money he is demanding ain't a joke, and he hasn't shown any inclination of compromising! I don't think that even the pleasure and possibilities of playing with Cam is going to be a big enough draw persuade him to give us a discount. Dude won't even play for arguably the most storied franchise in NFL history. He wants bigger dollars. Moreover, down the road a piece, we are going to have to re-sign Stewie, and signing Wallace to a big contract may make that nearly impossible.

The Steelers have A. Brown, E. Sanders and J. Cotchery as the backbone of their corps (and, they usually always have a draft pick or sideline guy that surprises). They can move on without Wallace, and so can we. Provided that he stays on the field, you will see that Louis Murphy will become our version of the poor man's Mike Wallace.

I'm all for it. I would even go as far as dangling Stewart for Wallace and a pick.

We would have to trade a high round pick next year ( 1 or 2 or more).

We would also likely have to send a high salary player away (DWill).

and We would have to give him big $

He likely would fit nicely in the offense, but I just cant see it happening.
