I don't know what to think about him at this point. I read one article that says he's playing well, then another that says he's getting burned.

he is a rookie, 2 days into camp....lining up across from 89. Revis would get burnt in that scenario.

First off, the OP is retarded. Dude is most likely gonna be our starter opposite Gamble, and for good reason.

Secondly, about the video... If you notice, it appears the safety bit down REALLY hard thinking it was an underneath route, and Norman, who was still with Smitty looked back, and then fell completely behind him. Could've been expecting the safety to still be over the top and he wasn't, by then it was too late.

Thirdly, Smitty has made many starters, including all-pros look like sh*t. Norman is doing great.

This.

I THINK Norman was supposed to stay man when the safety bit down on the ball.

Instead the Rook swallowed that fake deep and got smoked.

Rookie man...we talkin about Rookies.

    • I presented that scenario because this is a home game and we seemed to have improved in some capacity in that area as of recently. The problem with the possibility of sweeping the Bucs is this team has had a habit of quickly falling victim to momentum shifts. The Bucs are coming off a bitter loss the same as the Panthers but the Bucs have a much better proven track record this time of year and they have performed when the pressure is on unlike our Panthers. We have a shot against the Seahawks here in BOA but that is a matchup that could quickly get out of hand because they are a well coached team and that goes back to the momentum shifts I mentioned. I just don't see this team beating the Bucs in their stadium to close the season. Tall order to say the least.
    • I’d give it another year for Sanders and Evans, I don’t much care what you do with Tremble’s spot. Let him have another year or maybe replace him. Haven’t looked at his contract so that may be the determining factor.
    • Following the crazy up down pattern we finish 9-8 with an improbable sweep of TB, and lay an egg in the home playoff game.  I don’t know if I can sign on to sweeping TB but I suppose it’s possible, they aren’t really that good this year.    ps I can buy beating TB Sunday and losing to Seattle.  Then it just gets to can you fluke one game. Any given Sunday. So we’ll see.
