Yeah, they are missing alot of helmet to helmet hits. And alot of pass interferences are being missed too.

And now I just heard the owners and refs just came out of another all day meeting and still no closer to a deal than they were.. boy this really sucks.

Unless you have a lot of money riding on the games, I don't see why people are getting so worked up over the refs. You can't change anything. Just roll with it. There was an ESPN article the other day saying they're throwing just as many flags as the regular refs. And as soon as they come back, and everyone is like THANK GOD, the first bad call made will set you off. It's just a game. Much more enjoyable when it isn't the most important thing in your life.

I think the NFL should publicly fire whomever was responsible for not making that call. It's the only way they can handle the situation and not lose a lot of ground in the debate over the officials. Otherwise, the NFLPA will very effectively use this as a prime example of the replacement officials affecting player safety.
