Panthers Given More Time To Work Out Trade.

To be clear, the league postponed the trade deadline because some team offices (and the league itself) are having to work around Hurricane Sandy.

This did not have anything directly to do with the Panthers.

I don't think anyone thinks the NFL is extending it just for the panthers

    • Here again people it getting caught up with labels like a high school math grade.  Very few players every get 90s and the number of players that end the year above 90 is rare, but fans get their feelings hurt because their favorite player didn't get a "A" on the test. His actually rushing grade was an 82 I think?  That is actually really good, and my guess is if you compare to every other running back that weekend he is probably one of the highest.   I look at these grades and I see an RB who had a great day rushing, terrible day at blocking, and I think a couple of penalties, which is pretty much in line what I saw that day.
    • Also, has anyone noticed how legitimately insane OP's post actually is? It's taking credit(tongue in cheek, hopefully?) for some funny event from Huddle past, then explaining that because they now work for PFF they have some sort of super brain knowledge of football that they hadn't before.  It's actually mostly condescending in a way that lacks a lot of self awareness for.....a PFF stat nerd. And I say that as a stat nerd myself.
    • Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is a measure of insanity. Evero is nuts
