egotistical argumentative prick that was hated by his team. i HATED that the bucs cut him loose probably as much as i hated them cutting morris loose.

don't let the gushy guy you see on ESPN fool you. that's not the guy we'd be getting.

I like Gruden as an analyst, or as someone else's coach, but not as the Carolina coach.

I like Gruden as an analyst, or as someone else's coach, but not as the Carolina coach.

2008: his team chokes away a 9-3 start to finish 9-7 capped off with a home loss to none other than the 4-11 oakland raiders lol

one example among many. people watch him on monday night football and think he's the ultimate rah rah let's go get 'em type guy but that's not what it's like to work with him per many accounts.

      I wouldn't trade Svech for the best FA on the market, Marner included. Matter of fact, someone would be giving up a top line scorer and a couple draft picks for Svech.  Look at it this way, if Svech was a UFA in a couple days, what does his contract look like? That'll tell you everything you need to know.

      I know it a real homer take but Im not sure Id slam dunk take that list over Smitty.  Smith just played a different way, he had an ability to just take over a game as a matter of will.  The catch against the giants where he caught it and took a helmet that broke his arm mid air, the games against DeAngelo Hall, 05 Bears playoffs, Ice Up Son, the revenge game against us. Those other WRs may have better stat books but love him or hate him, good guy or bad, Smith just played a different game and when he did look out.

      Absolutely would have to be anther young scorer with either ELC time or a long term contract...    Could see maybe Kyrou or Robertson.... But I really just dont see him being traded you dont trade your leading post season scorer on a long term deal when he isn't even in his prime yet..   not to mention unless you get more than one of those guys at best it would be lateral with unknown team chemistry.
