Anyone else here got a last.fm account? They have this band logo generator that can create a banner of the top 50 bands you've recently listened to. Here's mine, what does yours look like?

Btw, I listen mainly to albums instead of playing on random when scrobbling. And I only like to scrobble a song or album once instead of multiple times in order to get a more accurate play count.

Black Eyed Peas really fits in with the rest of that list.

So does Gaga.

But beyond all that... entire album art work and band logo as an art form is almost an extinct entity with downloads and file sharing. It's sad because there have been some great album covers out there and the idea of listening to an entire album as a collective work is almost laughable to most people today.

Not to derail the thread, but I'm going to see The Who tonite in Greensboro as they perform Qudrophenia in its entirety. That album came with the entire story in a photo book inside the album and the black and white photography tells the whole story of Jimmy...

    • Got to talk to Tiny Lister once back when I worked for AT&T.  He was a nice guy.
    • The team signed undrafted rookie JJ Weaver from Kentucky. The 25-year-old Weaver played six seasons in college (with injury waivers), and had 21.5 sacks. He was a three-time team captain for the Wildcats. To make room for him on the roster, the Panthers released outside linebacker Amare Barno. Barno, a sixth-round pick in 2022, tore his ACL late in the 2023 season and began last year on the physically unable to perform list. He had 3.0 sacks in three seasons, appearing in 29 games. Sad to see. He seemed to have a lot of potential when he was drafted. Injuries really derailed him though.
    • Ok so how does this make sense for Blake?  Honestly I like it for us.  I’m really high on Blake’s future like I’m sure the Canes FO is.  If he continues along the path he’s on, we’ll have a top 6 forward on a KK contract.
