New Year's Eve is way more depressing than Xmas

i got screenplays sitting in my office looking at me, BEGGING me to finish them. i got house projects that are screaming to be finished. i got certification classes to take to make more money saying where am I? I friends, family and who knows who on facebook either wanting time or money or both or none from me.

I got swells at various oceans on the Earth wondering when will I surf on them and cities around the globe with a table with food and drink just waiting on me to show and share laughter and great stimulating conversation.

I just have to stay in the moment and enjoy every nano second I get on Terra Firma and wherever the wind takes me, that is exactly where I'm suppose to be.

I think what makes it depressing is the fact that it occurs in the bleakest part of the year weather wise, the holiday frivolity and joy has reached an end and you have to get back to the " real" world.

It's only depressing for me because I'm on the last day of my 12 day vacation....

Yeah, tomorrow morning is going to suck big time.

    • As the demand for apartments grows parking is becoming limited and it’s sad. I use to tailgate but I just park at uncc deck now and train in and head to rhino market. My tailgate grill hates me.
    • It simply depends on perspective. CMC, when healthy and on the field, has a higher YPC and YPR than LT. Yes, he's been injury prone, but this is simply a "all quarter-century team." There are certainly different stats and different lists. If this were a list or about a team simply based on longevity, then of course LT wins that every time, but some lists are more subjective and nuanced depending upon what they are, and it's not necessarily a reflection upon a person's ability to analyze sports.
    • From my what I have seen the overwhelming majority of people who are considering the notion a possibility don't really want to see it happen but are considering so for a number of reasons. Most importantly availability. Secondly even when he plays the last few seasons he has been red hot or ice cold. Then there is the subject of his defense which to say the least leaves a lot to be desired. Then there is the image of Ball inactive laughing it up on the sideline (while our team was getting the doors blown off) with previous busts who are now relegated to hanging on by a thread in the g league. I think we should be able to recognize with the team going out of their way to put a very strong emphasis on culture and leadership with the conclusion of this years draft that they expect LaMelo to lead the way this upcoming season and that begins with making significant strides and trending in a positive direction in the aforementioned aspects above. It just has to happen.
