they should have started with a clean slate and got rid of fox and hurney at the same time and allow the new GM to help find the new HC. then they finally get rid of the GM they should have gotten rid of and then bring in a new GM without the ability to even have a say in his head coach.

i'm sorry but if i'm interviewing for a GM position i would like to be able to hire my own coach...someone, who shares the same philosophy as me in building a team...i wouldn't want a coach to be forced on me...by saying that i would not want to work for an owner who isn't going to allow me to make those kind of decisions...i don't like the way JR seems to be going about this process if this is indeed how it's going down...i would have to say thanks but no thanks
