Interesting Free Agents Left

after the Hixon signing, we should have over $5 million left in cap room. We will get an additional $2.8-3 million Jun 1st due to Anderson being cut. Lets say the players drafted will cost us $4 million. That leaves us with at least $4 million in cap room to spend if we so choose. Certainly we would need to leave some to add players cut in the preseason, etc. That said, we should have enough to sign at least 1-2 more impact free agents. My target list is below. please feel free to add to it.

Major Upgrades:

G - Brandon Moore

RT - Tyson Clabo

RT - Eric Winston

NT- Sione Pouha

S - Kerry Rhodes

SS - Quintin Mikell

Solid Competition / Rotational Players:

RT - Winston Justice

DE/DT- Israel Idonije

DE/OLB - James Harrison

OLB- Leroy Hill

SS - Usama Young

Who else do you think we could bring in and immediately pencil in as a starter?

These would make this a damn good offseason, IMO.

Definitely Pouha and Moore. I believe that's manageable. Two players in the twilight of their careers. Idonije would be decent too so we can run the Nascar package that NYG run on passing downs.

Clabo would be nice, especially if he'd come here cheap to try and stick it to the Falcons for cutting him this late. Hopefully we pick up one O-Lineman, at the very least for depth.
