Let's get this Party Started. How do we Beat Seattle?

I have targeted September 8th as the day I return to happy Kendrick. I've been told I'm a better human being when football is in the air. So how do we start the season 1-0?

-Get Beefy. Get Physical. Last years opener was a disaster because we showed up to a fist fight wearing sunglasses. This year put on your helmets and pound the Seahawks with a true running game. The read option will always be a wrinkle but the Seahawks are too athletic to run around. You need to run them over.

-Be prepared. The entire league knows who Russel Wilson is now. We know he needs throwing lanes to complete passes and we know he scrambles. Have a killer plan to confuse and control him. Luke needs to stuff skittles at the line of scrimmage.

-Play conservative for as long as possible. Then make the correct decision. You don't want to take risks because Seattle is built to capitalize on sloppy play. Be conservative and keep possession. There will come a time in the 4th quarter where you have to make a bold decision. Don't look at statistics from the past 20 years. Look at what you see on the field and make the right call.

-Special Teams. Stop Percy Harvin. This guy will be the edge in a close game if you let him.

-Show up. Set the attitude of our season. In 2003 we had an amazing home opener. People still talk about Proehl in the corner. We need to fill the stadium and be loud. Be proud. Get the team ready to go and put pressure on the Seahawks.

-Cam needs to show what we all saw the last half of the season from the get go.

-Ground and pound from our two backs

-Pressure from the D line to let the Keek roam.

-Solid protection from our secondary

And most importantly, show the world that we are not fuging around.

Greg Hardy is going to be showcasing his talents for the NFL in a contract year. Russell Wilson should be very, very afraid. He's gonna make that Palmer hit from last year look routine. If Wilson makes it through the game, I'll be shocked.

DO NOT give them the ball in the 4th. do not trust your D to stop their offense. stop their offense by keeping your offense on the field. never take your foot off the gas.

Kuechly, Alexander, CJ, Hardy, Beason, Davis lead the D to what they can be. That is all we will need to win week one.

Cam will hold up his end this year but the D is going to be dominant.

Stop overreacting and assuming that Seattle is some juggernaut. We lost the last game in which Cam played his worst game ever by a score of 16-12, and Seattle is still a much worse road team than they are at home.
