No, he wasn't. He was trying to move up, but said after the draft that he wasn't going to pay that price. Team tried to coerce him into it and he didnt.

sure. but he has played against 1s this preseason and made plays. he is a playmaker

Norman's long speed is his big hang up, not surprised at all he was run down.

Great jump on the route though. 4th of the preseason.

Yeah but his quickness and range/length make up for it when playing the ball. He really has made strides in terms of his awareness this year.
