Did you speak to Gettleman personally about this? What other insight did you receive? I'm holding both responsible until proven otherwise. It's been the popular thing to just dump everything on Rivera. Not buying it yet.

The players pretty much all seem to like Rivera.

The mystery to me is what Rivera sees in Fua.

Given that coaches get a lot of leeway as far as roster control and knowing how Gettleman has said he prefers to work (i.e. input from everyone, etc) my guess would be this was Rivera's idea.
