You have a QB that throws 350+ yards very often, vs. quite possibly the worst secondary in NFL history, no joke, that just lost Godfrey for the reason and has some other injuries.  We were ALREADY the worst secondary I've ever seen BEFORE injuries.  I can't believe anyone would take the Panthers over the Giants.

Coughlin IMO has been lucky in NY...mainly there Superbowl runs

His teams also have gotten off to horrible starts and completely collapsed. A lot more good and bad IMO there. Those rings gloss of a lot of reoccurring things that go down in NY under him
