I know he wouldn't start over Gross. Staff might not even start him over Bell.

So I'd phrase the question this way: If he's better, is it by a significant enough measure to be worth higher salary and giving up compensation to get him?

and then to add to that...the potential headache that he brings with his infamous parties....nah. i'll pass.

 

the slight elevation to depth he would bring (at best, which isn't likely) wouldn't be worth what we'd have to give up and the crap that he brings with him.
