This does concern me though. I'm not so much worried about the game itself but I do worry about our players being infected. I thought the MRSA was a shut case and it pops up 6 weeks after the outbreak...It really makes me question how serious Tampa is dealing with this.

i just saw that players on both teams will be required to wear extra protection in addition to their uniforms. tbh, i.m surprised the league is going to allow it, but they are getting sued enough as it is so i understand them making this concession.

All jokes aside. I have had MRSA. It sucks and you get it multiple times before you finally stop having out breaks. I have seen reports for years coming out of the NFL about players having it. Usually they down play it though. I remember a few years ago when it broke out in the Browns locker room.
