Gettleman has made it clear that there will be no more Armanti situations.  Get rid of dead weight.  Period.  Bring in guys off the street that WANT to compete.  Fua just wasn't doing it.  Regardless of talent, you have to have the desire.  I'll take someone's desire over Fua's "talent" any day.
