Seemed pretty obvious if you saw the play.  It looked similar to the Kevin Ware (Louisville, Elite 8) injury.  Pretty bad, especially in slow-mo.

 

Hate to see injuries to players.

 

But have no sympathy for New Orleans.  They have been quite lucky for a few years in regards to injuries.

You don't truly wish injuries on any team, except the Patriots for playing dirty, but unless one of their recent draft picks has made tremendous progress recently, Greer was their best CB and coverage guy. This has to work in our favor.

Outside the realm of "fug the Saints"......that injury was brutal and I hate to see an athelete go down in a moment of pure pain like that.

It appears Greer hyperextended that knee and then rolled his ankle after hitting the turf.

 

So do the groundskeepers get a big fat bounty check or how does that work?
