Because ESPN can't let it go...

Wednesday morning’s Sport Science segment on "SportsCenter" examines Monday night’s game-ending play, and specifically whether Rob Gronkowski could have made a play on the ball thrown by Tom Brady were it not for Luke Kuechly's “restrictive” contact.

They conveniently ignore the fact that Gronk would have had to teleport through Robert Lester to make the catch.

Republican, anti-climate change, science-mocking tea partiers would debunk that science stuff in a minute....

I'm not the forum police, but it seems like a baiting comment like this doesn't belong on this forum, seeing as we all know how it will end. Just my two cents.

I know... it won't end well............... so I edited it...

Btw, why didn't they instead figure out the velocity and impact psi of Cannon's leg whip on Charles Johnson's knee and we could discuss just how easy it is to fug up someone's career.

Exactly my thought.  At the least Gronk would have had to have committed offensive pass interference against Lester to get to the ball.  This poo is getting old.

    • Another thread where the Huddle melts down over a Bryce comment.  "Conversations" and "Bryce Young has been signed to a new long-term contract" are still far away from being the gospel.  For a fanbase that has watched two top-3 drafted QBs come here, and us move on, only to see them elevate their play elsewhere, I find it comical. Bryce is flawed but this org is damned if you do and damned if you don't with BY9.  Why would our GM and HC say anything other than supportive about their QB1. Yes, he's extended, but I truly do not think if he goes out and has a repeat of the previous seasons, that he is here beyond 2027. They're giving him every opportunity and surrounding him with a ridiculous amount of assets on both sides of the ball. If he continues to pitch 110 yd/ game and cough up the ball while everyone else is busting their ass, no way Dan keeps him beyond the extension.
    • Ooof, I was not a Proctor fan. I agree w/ a lot of smarter folks than me that he's more of a guard and think his weight fluctuation is going to be something to navigate. I liked Lomu a lot, but figured there would be more talented guys there at 19. I also wasn't big on bringing in a TE via the draft. If it's not a vet (Njoku) or a trade for Mayer or Kmet, I'd just as soon see what the youngsters have. No need cluttering the room with more of the same.
    • Sam Darnold & Bryce Young are two very different Qbs ..just saying the last 25 years approximately 2/3 of ALL  first round Qb's  in the NFL were or are bust.so for everyone who makes it like a Sam Darnold you have two that don't make it or are a bust
