Colin Cowherd asks Brunnell who is the best team in the league - and answers for him "I think we both think Seattle is the best team in the league.... you agree don't you," God Cowherd is SO overbearing.

 

Brunnell does agree. Then Cowherd asks "Who is the second best team in the league? I think it's San Francisco,"

 

Brunnell steps in "I think it's the team in North Carolina, I really do,"

 

Cowherd jumps in "But do you trust Cam in a big game? I don't"

 

Brunnell: "You know he hasn't let me down these last 8 weeks. I have watched him on film and he's a completely different QB this year. He's really playing great and with that front 7, its a totally different ballgame for him. Carolina is the second best team in the league,"

 

Cowherd: "You know... back to the NFC West, blah blah blah it's a great division with the Rams being fourth and having a great front 7"

 

Cowherd does not want to like Cam Newton. I like his show but I want to strangle that fuger.

He ranked the Patriots and 49ners ahead of us after we beat them. No doubt he has an agenda. Racist fug.

The thing I understand is everyone has an opinion but when "talking heads" just blurt out statements with no facts or research, I can't respect their opinion. Sadly, people are like sheep, especially the media. They follow things blindly without doing the research for themselves. Cam is going to show these guys that he is for real and has been for real. You ask for him to put some wins up? He did. You ask for 4th qt game winning drives? He did that. He has played on national tv against tough teams and he won. It's kind of redundant with some of the things the media keep saying. I would respect him more if he came back like Rodney did and finally give Cam/panthers some props.

What is it about Cam Newton that these guys hate so much? I mean, to ignore the obvious that he has been playing better since the half way mark of last year. I remember a time when these "personalities" used to use "code words" to kinda hide their hate. Not anymore! They wear it on their sleeves now!! It's sickening.

Fitterer beamed while he told a story from dinner with Young when he fielded a question from the Panthers' contingent about his practice habits and weekly process. Fitterer said Young spoke with the kind of detail you can't make up, estimating his Sunday-to-Tuesday exposition took about 10 minutes. Young earnestly grinned when asked about the conversation in a press conference following his selection, saying that his weekly planning process was "a little bit long-winded of an answer; I'll save everyone from having to sit through that." But Reich, Fitterer, and Tepper didn't seem to mind it. In fact, that "long-winded" answer turned out to be a big plus. "At one point, Scott and I and Mr. Tepper kind of made eye contact, like, 'This is crazy,'" Reich said. "He got into how he was studying the film, and some of the things he said about that. I looked at Mr. Tepper; he looked at Scott. It was like, this is next-level stuff. "And listen, we've all been around, and we've all heard good stuff. The other guys said good stuff too. But this was just at a level that was different."
