Greg Hardy 15 Sacks

Let's not forget CJ had a very good day himself with two sacks. And if it weren't for that bullshit leg whip he'd probably have more for the season. But I think only Kevin Greene got to 15 sacks in a season in the entire history of this franchise. What a tremendous accomplishment.

At least we know the defensive line is ready for the playoffs

I think we all knew we got a steal and thought he was be real good, but man I honestly didn't think he would become virtually unguardable at this point. He's doing it from a 3-4 stance, DE stance, DT. Im ready to put him as the best overall DE in the league

I know it's easy to sit here now and say we shoulda have locked Hardy up early, but DG's plan all along was to have a dominant DL.

He double dipped in the draft, brought in solid rotation guys.

DG must have really not been sold on Hardy at all before the season. Because with all the other pieces, Hardy was going to have his opportunities. He's made the most of them the last few weeks and really has bit us in the ass.

This guy has all the talent in the world and when his head is in it he can be as good as he wants. 5 weeks ago I would have been ok letting him walk. But after the NO game and yesterday, I don't know of we can afford to let him walk.

    • I dont think people realize how hard it is to find a consistent starting QB in the NFL. Byrce will not heart us to a SB but I do think he can manage to get us one or close..go all in on defense and change the Offensive passing game and play calls. I really think our biggest problem is our HC.  Take New Orleans QB for example, switch him and Bryce and I promise you it'll look similar or worse. New Orleans OC is levels ahead of Canales. And as far as the draft goes, in this division with as much rb talent as we face ..the answer...this guy:    Pick up a couple edge rushers in FA along with a corner and plug this guy in Rozeboom's spot. Defense solved. But only if we get a top tier rusher on that dline....jus saying
    • I think I'm going to the game in Los Angeles vs Paraguay, and the England / Croatia game here in Dallas since my mom is British.  For decent seats anywhere in the building(s) it looks like it will be upwards of $7k for the two games.  Insane. Just for perspective, you could buy field level EPL tickets for any one of the top sides in the league, and it would be 10% of the price you'll pay for crappy seats at the World Cup.
    • Meh… I knew this thread would turn into a Bryce/Tua comparison, when they couldn’t be further apart situations.   Dolphins catered there whole offense toward Tua, they brought in a coach that would run a Tua friendly offense, the went in got the best most explosive WR in the NFL and paired him the fastest WR in that years draft. Panthers have done the opposite, they went and got a Pete Carroll disciple who likes to run the ball under center, they drafted big slow WR who got little separation in college. Literally the polar opposite of Bryce’s scouting report coming out of Alabama.   Tua was a decent QB 2 years ago, but the concussions, lack of movement have caught up to him. He never had a great arm to begin with but now since he doesn’t want to get hit he’s taking the whole offense down with him.
