Wildcard Week Picks

Luck plays too average, KC wins by 10.

Cincy blows out SD. No one is talking about this team. Be careful.

SF edges GB in Lambeau.

Philly wins a shoot out.

Weather (snow/rain) is a factor, but cold air is not a huge factor for any team. A massive snow storm is on the way, but that's Friday, not the weekend. Cold as hell on Friday too. Low of like 5 here in NYC.

Indy over Kansas City - Indys been on a hot streak and KC hasn't looked good at all. They cant beat good teams.

Cincy over San Diego - Defense is monstrous at home even with Dalton trying to throw it away. Think Bernard has a big game.

San Fran over Green Bay - Not sure how much of them winning wasthem, or Chicago choking as usual. San Fran will be too physical.

New Orleans over Philly - Disgusted with myself but Philly hasn't played good at home all year on a consistent basis. I think Playoff jitters get to young Eagles team and they and they lose a close one.

Cincinatti over San Diego - Bengals extend their home winning streak.

Kansas City over Indianapolis - Chiefs get their first playoff win in twenty years and get revenge on the Colts for past postseason defeats.

Philadelphia over New Orleans - Saints are unable to overcome their road difficulties and the first road playoff win in franchise history waits at least another year.

San Francisco over Green Bay - 49ers go to Green Bay and show the Packers just how tough they are.

They had all but lost the division and had the wildcard locked up pretty much since week 5. I wouldn't look into that skid too much. The Colts have struggled as well.

2-5 is a little more than a let down. They are not playing well going in...they get rolled

And...Indy is playing well now. They struggled mid season when they lost their top WR, but have now bounced back.

They also rolled KC just two weeks ago.

    • You don't have to go through every game and point it out as we are discussing his GWDs. You specifically called out that he had GWDs because he is the reason the team is always playing from behind. We looked at those eight games and only Miami stands out as one where he put the team in a hole to begin with. You've added the Atlanta game where the team didn't score a TD but only kicked field goals. You're not trying to change what we're discussing to fit your feelings re: Bryce. That's not necessary. We are discussing GWDs per the thread topic. We have also shown that your opinion that the team has had to always come back due to Bryce was proven to be false as was the claim that "minus one game" was his fault. Appealing to emotion afterwards by trying to broadly paint the rest of the losses in the same way just doesn't work. Where in the Hell did you get that the entire point is the suggestion that BY is more clutch than Jake and/or Cam? It's giving something to be positive about in that Bryce has shown the ability to comeback and win games despite the calamity that might have taken place to put them behind to begin with. How is that blasphemy?
    • His run blocking is making up for his negatives in pass blocking right now.  He’ll still have pass blocking hiccups, but if they think he’s a critical part to the locker room and team construction, you probably re-sign him and try not to overpay.
    • Callahan is gone McDaniel and Taylor are happening Stefanski is a growing possibility. I mean, they need to get an offense going eventually.  Could see Morris as a surprise one.
