i want nailbiters in all three games. i want Cam to do his thing. I want a Ginn td to shove in the 9ers face. i want td to dive over the o line and hit the rb in the superbowl with one second left on the 1 yard line to win the super bowl.

 

my 29 year old heart wouldn't be able to take that scenario.. let alone the rest of you old farts around here..

Our offense explodes into the playoffs dissecting defenses in way that has never been seen in the history of all sporting events.

Our defense pummels opponents into brutal submission causing opposing offenses to abandon all hope by the beginning of the 4th quarter.

Cam wins mvp but deflects all praise to Smitty, citing his many accomplishments to Panthernation.

Obviously I wanna see us win it all, and I'm cool with however it happens.

 

But with that said, the thing I wanna see at some point in the ride is at least one "Riverboat Ron" moment.

 

Having that be part of a hard fought Super Bowl victory would be immensely cool :D

We roll every team on our way to NY. San Diego vs Carolina. We proceed to roll San Diego. Charger fans jump in front if the coaster by the droves. I sleep a happy Panther fan that night.

I get everyone's love/hate with the Cardiac Cats, but I've seriously lost 7-8 years of my life due to stress from some of those "classic" games.

Beat 49ers by 14, Go to Seattle and DESTROY them in their hometown.

My version of the fantasy...

 

Carolina falls behind early to the 9'ers and find themselves down by 20 at the half with only a FG to show for their efforts.  Panthers get the ball coming out of the half and on the first play from scrimmage Cam hits Ginn for 6 and the comeback is on.  Panthers outscore the 9'ers 28-3 in the second half to win 26-31.

 

Saints travel to CLink and exact revenge on the Hawks for the Monday night beat down winning 45-10.  The sportswriters begin to talk about the Saints as the only team this year that can win 3 on the road and the SB to hoist the Lombardi.  They are all but given the trophy before our game.

 

Saints come to BoA and never see the endzone.  For all of their efforts all they can manage are 4 FGs while the Panthers hang a 40-burger on them.

 

Panthers meet the Broncos in NY where Peyton takes 6 sacks and throws 3 picks.  Peyton still manages manages to get 4 TDs. Cam & Co answer the call and hang within a touchdown of the Broncos. With > 90 seconds left in the game Panther find the end zone and go up by 5.  Peyton gets the ball at the 20 and marches the Broncos down the field in a magnificent display of clock management and play calling to reaching the Panthers 35 with 20 seconds left to play.  1st down - incomplete.  2nd down - incomplete. 3rd down - complete to Decker for 11 who takes it out of bounds for the stoppage. 8 seconds left to play.  Peyton drops back and never gets the pass off as the Kracken notches his 5th sack and time expires.

Panthers beat the niners 28-10 after cam goes off rushes for 2 touchdowns one from 50+'yards and throws a deep bomb to Ted ginn and one to Smitty......Seattle beats the saints but it's closer......As usual NO ONE gives us a shot to beat Seattle in Seattle, but we go up there and cam once again takes the game over rushing for multiple TDs and not allowing us to lose.......Super Bowl vs Denver in horrid weather....our front 7 dominates the broncos sack Peyton 6+ times....cam once again has a stellar performance capping off his historic playoffs with a Super Bowl MVP.....finishes playoffs with 1100 yds passing 210 rushing 7 passing TDs and 6 rushing for one of the most dominate playoff performances of all time
