Not just a new OC, but a new system is needed.

Dear Gettleman,

About the offense... Blow it up. Blow it all up.

We need a new OC to come in and design a new system around Cam. Something with a faster pace and an identity.

From there, draft and sign players who compliment it. Please don't try to put bandages over what we currently have. It won't work. Shula is not capable of making in game adjustments, as I stated around this time last year.

And don't give me that "Cam can't learn a new system" crap. Cam is a bright guy, with a legit offensive staff he will be more than fine, he will have an identity. Loads of offenses flourish in their first year.

Love,

Zod

Cam will be fine, we need a down field attack with big fast guys on the outside

Moncrief and Matthews are two guys with an incredible catch radius, superb after the catch, and out physical guys on the outside

These two must be our 1 and 2 round picks

guys lets stop saying if Cam had this player and that player. this isn't fantasy football. you play with the cards you are dealt.

you adjust and adapt and figure it out as you go along.

did you know if I had a million dollars i would be a millionaire? stop.

but yes. a new OC is easily the most obvious change that needs to happen.

New OC and full competition for offensive skill positions next year. It's the only way we can fix this stagnant offense.

However, those numbers aren't exactly stellar by NFL quarterbacking standards. Even though the Panthers backdoored their way into the postseason in 2025 as NFC South champions with an 8-9 record, Young's performance was up-and-down.
