Supplemental meal shakes

Are these meal replacements?

They're filling protein bars. High in protein and not your usual crappy protein bar that has alot of sodium and fat. Could start eating this between breakfast and lunch to help you make it to lunch.

I usually eat one after or before my workout in the morning depending on how I'm feeling.

Greek yogurt is also a decent snack inbetween your big meals. Filling and high in protein. Kind of a treat too.

people always seem to fight me on this but if you simply cut out artificial ingredients and wheat you'll drop a significant amount of weight without starving yourself.  keep it simple with meat, vegetables, and fruit.  Avoid extremely starchy foods the first 3 weeks or so to allow your thyroid to balance out.

My 16 yo son drinks Power Maxx from GNC as a protein supplement and to help recover after his grueling swim practices. He swims over 3 hrs a day and struggles to get enough protein with his normal meals. Kid is burning some serious calories every day.

put him on the Michael Phelps diet
