It's weird. Sometimes when I run the draft, Matthews is gone by 20. Other times he's there in the 60s.

i see that with quite a few. one thing i've noticed over the years is that anything can happen. what we've been seeing in these mocks, as ridiculous as some of it has seemed, can happen. when i look at the way those mocks have gone, it's all pretty plausible.

there's lot's of talent in this draft in areas that we have serious needs. i think we should be able to do well. quite a few guys that should be availble in the first three to four rounds who could be good starters with us or at least get solid playtime.

The top five here are the most consistent I'm able to get. This is the sixth or seventh time I've pulled the exact same first five picks. Clearly, they are all destined to be Panthers.

after update, heres the best draft results for me. utah player- check, big hog mollies- check, WRs- check, smitty derp replacement- check, 5-7 starters now and possible future- check, more blah blah check.

Aaaaand the final realistic direction we could take:

28

OT TAYLOR LEWAN

MICHIGAN

60

CB KYLE FULLER

VIRGINIA TECH

92

WR DONTE MONCRIEF

MISSISSIPPI

124

WR DEVIN STREET

PITTSBURGH

156

RB DE’ANTHONY THOMAS

OREGON

DE AARON LYNCH

USF

202

OLB DEVON KENNARD

I was mad Brandon Coleman was taken the pick before I took Devin Street.

    • there is one common denominator in the 2003 & 2015 Carolina Panthers teams they both had ELITE top tier Qb play.  it would require a MVP type of season from Bryce Young to have the same type of success that Jake Delhomme had in  2003 & or Cam Newton in 2015 & lead this team to a SuperBowl is this going to happen or is there any reason to believe Bryce Young is capable of playing similar to Jake Delhomme in 2003 or Cam Newton in 2015 ? well no there is no absolutely NO reason whatsoever to believe that this is going to happen in 2026 ..just saying
    • I'd actually like to see Cherelus get a fair shot to win the job in camp. Wallace is decent in drop zone coverage, but he gets abused in the play action game and is often times out of position in the run game. It might just be me, but I swear every time I watch Wallace play, I see multiple plays a game were it looks like he's just trying to be blocked. Watching Cherelus last year he at least looked like he was trying to hit someone on every play. Wallace plays like a LB who doesn't trust what he sees and it makes him passive and cautious versus Cherelus who regardless of if his decision is right or wrong goes at it 100%.
    • Agreed.  Hasn’t happened to me either, but I feel very strongly about it.  That’s not just one of the worst things a woman could do to a man, it’s a power inherent to only women and is one of the worst things a HUMAN being can do to another.  A man can’t “hide” a pregnancy or maternity.  It’s impossible.  And that sucks for anyone that has to go through that. I always got a weird vibe off her and just found her very unlikeable.  Annoying even.  I’ve always been good at reading people and there was just something about her to me that was off-putting, somewhere under the surface.  And here we are…  she is despicable.
