who do you want playing SF?

Player B is most well rounded although Bobcats could use someone shooting close to 40% from the arc.  I'm going with B then C then A from stats.

Dont like Evan Turner.  Hes not a bad player, but I just dont see him as anything special.  Still cant hit threes, nothing special on defense, decent ball handler/ passer but he turns it over too much.  He wouldnt be scoring so much if the 76ers werent garbage, and I just dont see him getting much better at this point (hes the same age as Kevin Durant).

Wouldnt mind picking him up in free agency at the right price, but I wouldnt give up a 1st round pick for him when you still have to pay him

I'd much rather we offer the package we're offering the Sixers to Golden State for Harrison Barnes instead.  It's been reported that everyone is available from them (for the right price, obviously), outside of Bogut and Curry.  In that case, I'd even throw in MKG if they wanted him, plus the first-rounder, plus BG's contract.

I just don't find Evan Turner worth what they're asking.  He's typically the type of guy that a team keeps dangling out there and eventually he gets traded for like an expiring and multiple 2nd round picks.  I just don't want him really, especially not for what they're asking, and I don't really see how he makes us dramatically better.

I wouldn't give up a first rounder, MKG and BG's contract for just Harrison Barnes....

We need offense and he's shown the ability to give copious amount of it when he gets the minutes, AND at the playoff level.  I mean, we're essentially offering the same thing minus MKG for a lesser skilled player in Turner, who likely has tapped out his potential.

I include MKG because they certainly wouldn't move Barnes for an expiring and a pick.  They want something in return that they hope will push them over the top for the playoffs.  MKG's defense and rebounding would be a valuable asset to them.  That being said, I don't see them finding him valuable enough to move Barnes.

I don't think I follow....are you saying throw all of that in just for Harrison Barnes?

Yes.  Again, if we're offering BG and a 1st rounder for Turner, I don't understand why it seems to be a huge leap to throw in MKG as well for Barnes.  Barnes is younger and has a lot more potential and would be a move that fans would get excited about.

    • Number 9  Carolina Panthers  Bryce Young, the first overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, produced career highs in completion percentage (63.6%), passing yards per game (188.2) and passing touchdowns (23) in 2025. However, those numbers aren't exactly stellar by NFL quarterbacking standards. Even though the Panthers backdoored their way into the postseason in 2025 as NFC South champions with an 8-9 record, Young's performance was up-and-down. He threw for the third-fewest passing yards by a quarterback to make the playoffs in the last 20 seasons, per CBS Sports Research.  FEWEST PASSING YARDS BY QB TO REACH PLAYOFFS, LAST 20 SEASONS (MIN. 16 STARTS) PASSING YARDS PLAYOFF WINS 2012 Christian Ponder (MIN) 2,935 0 2008 Joe Flacco (BAL) 2,971 2 2025 Bryce Young (CAR) 3,011 0 2006 Steve McNair (BAL) 3,050 0 2019 Josh Allen (BUF) 3,089 0 Young did deliver some high highs, like when he threw for a franchise-record 448 yards passing in a Week 11 overtime win at the Atlanta Falcons and when he went toe-to-toe with Stafford in the playoffs in a 34-31 defeat.  Kenny Pickett couldn't win the Cleveland Browns' quarterback competition a year ago, and Will Grier is a career backup.
