How do you figure? If they are having problems with jim why not trade him to the browns get picks and remove the headache. It's literally a win win for the niners

 

It would be a loss for the Niners, since the main reason they're any good is because of Harbaugh. They lose Harbaugh for a few picks, and they'd be an 8-8 to 10-6 team in that division. Seahawks would stay on top and Cards would take over, and maybe even the Rams could be better than them. It seems like there's a fair chance Harbaugh's out of SF in less than 2 years. Excellent news.

They have so much talent. Arguably the deepest team in the league and they would get more picks? They'd be fine with out harbaugh

I would consider Cleveland's 2 1st round picks if they actually offered that. Thats 3 picks in the 1st round to an already deep team. Draft secondary and pass rush and wide receiver and they are scary.

I would have then and still would now take the Harbaugh-Luck combo that could have come to Carolina in 2011 over the Rivera-Cam combo. Harbaugh is a tool but he's a hell of a coach. And Luck, well, he's the only QB in the NFL I'd want over Cam. #sorrynotsorry

Ron Rivera has only 3 seasons as a head coach & he's won a Division Title & AP NFL Coach of the Year Award. Ron Rivera is a brilliant football mind who is extremely nice & humble. All of his players love him & stand up for him.

Jim Harbaugh also has a Division Title & AP Coach of the Year Award in his 3 seasons as a NFL head coach. And yes, he's won a few playoff games. However, he came to the NFL with 7 years experience as a NCAA head coach. Not to mention SF's roster is far superior to Carolina's, & just about everybody else in the NFL. Jim Harbaugh is an overrated head coach who is an egomaniac & gigantic douche. He clashes with FO personnel & players dislike him.

You clearly don't like the guy but you aren't being level headed about this. He is a good coach. He has had more success than Ron Rivera. I don't care what teams he coached 10 years ago. Right now he is one of the best coaches in the league. What is sickening about respecting a good coach? You probably think respecting Colin Kaepernick and Andrew Luck is sickening too. I'm happy with Ron and I'm happy with Cam but I can respect other teams at the same time.

All I care is that this hurts the 49ers. And losing Harbaugh would be a blow, because while I've always said he's overrated, he's still a good (not great) coach that they would be hard-pressed to replace. Although I'm glad they're not getting anymore draft picks, it's absurd how a team so deep can have so many picks.
