If you restructure CJ and backload Hardy's contract given the rise in the cap the next 2 years coupled with the 17 million in dead cap money that will go away this season, you could reduce the 28-30 million to something much more manageable in the 12-15 dollar range and have plenty to still sign Cam and Luke.

but you also kind of need an OL and WR....neither of which we have much money for because 21% of our cap is tied up in two players.

The dead cap space at the top is how much it would cost to cut that player.  Toward the bottom, the dead cap space is how much we owe this year.
