Manning will still choke when it matters most, it's just what he does.

Greatest regular season QB ever.

 

It was a lot more than Manning last year.  I've never seen a full team choke job like Denver put up in that Super Bowl.  Literally from the opening snap, it was 100% CHOKE.

I'm sorry, but Manning is not a choker at all. He's historically played on teams with horrible defenses, including last season's Broncos. Peyton didn't play well in the Super Bowl, but that had nothing to do with them losing the game. His receivers were getting destroyed physically by Seattle's secondary and Peyton couldn't do a thing about it. Manning actually has a better postseason QBR than Brady (who everyone thinks is the clutches QB ever). Don't understand how people think Manning is a choker.

Agree, but you can't deny it's something Manning is known for. Defining TD in his second SB was to Tracy Porter. Look at his overall history in the postseason.

      I think in all honestly, the final 2 games are carrying most of the weight in a lot of Bryce talk IMO.    During the window where he "blew it out of the water" window......were a lot of games where he was not above average.  AZ is largely one of those stat sheet games.   Where the stat sheet reflects QB play that didn't exist in the game.  That game was all Chuba.  Meh vs Dallas.  Meh vs Philly.  Meh vs Giants.  Probably average vs Tampa, Den, Saints.  Bryce made HUGE strides vs what he was.  We should be happy.   But when you start comparing him to the rest of the league.....people I think are going too far.  His best aspect in reality.....is his scrambling.  And that's probably not a great thing give his size.

      Mays and Zavala looked lost in the Reich offense.  Granted Zalava was probably playing too soon due to injuries but he looked terrible.  This new staff seems to be doing well with our OL.  I also wonder if having two vets in Hunt and Lewis just made life that much easier on whoever was/is playing center.
