While Smitty's production was down he was the heart and sole of this franchise. He was the go to guy when Cam needed a big play. He also took the pressure off of the other receivers by him being double teamed. How many big time catches was he responsible for compared to any other receiver on this team the past few years?

I blame Hurney as much as I blame DG. Hurney never could add another decent receiver here to go with Smith so as Smitty got older they moved him to the slot position. Thanks for putting us in this mess Hurney.

For playing through all his injuries and always re-working his contract and always putting Panthers first above himself he should not of departed the Panthers this way. He did too much for team.

Hoping he goes to a dome team with a good QB - pad those stats for a better shot at the Hall. Indy or NO would be perfect but don't know if either would take him unfortunately. Pats or Broncos would be neat as well. I don't think the Ravens help him much.

I will not pull for him at all during the game but after it is over i would be genuinely happy for him if he played well. But only after. During the game I hope he sucks. Might not make sense but thats my opinion
