I just ordered the large.  Chest isn't quite 41, but I'm working out again and plan on getting there, so I gave myself room to grow.  Hopefully, it won't look like a dress on me, lol.

 

It's crazy though...  When I read three days ago how the team store pulled all of his jerseys, I went to nfl.com and looked for his jersey.  The black ones are my favorite anyway...  And I kept it up since, to remind myself to get it...  I hadn't realized the price dropped until this thread, but I expected it with the impending release (thanks Gettledouche).  SO, awesome!  I hate to admit it, but this is my first jersey I've bought since my black Peppers jersey.  I always wanted Smitty's, just had other things going on...  It sucks that this was what led me to finally get it, but I can't wait to show up to the stadium wearing it.

i've only had reebok jerseys so i cant say for sure but that's probably too big for you. i'm 6'1 165lbs and the reebok mediums are definitely big enough.
